BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Artista Studios, a producer and restoration firm of monuments, spiritual statuaries and tombstones, opened for business in July at 317 Mountain Grove St.

Jim Bria, owner, has more than 40 years experience in stonework and has been a freelancer in Bridgeport since 2005 before opening up Artista Studios.

While Bria generally works on smaller projects, Artista Studios can build projects as large as a mausoleum and is known for its onsite carving and customer commitment.
