The Container Store to create 45 jobs in Westchester

WESTCHESTER, Conn. – Storage and organization product retailer The Container Store will expand to Westchester’s Ridge Hill shopping center on August 15th, creating approximately 45 jobs.

In a news release, the company stated that 10 percent of opening weekend sales will be donated to Gilda’s Club Westchester, a nonprofit that offers support groups and workshops for cancer victims.

The store will be 25,000 square feet, and it will hold more than 10,000 products. It is across from Whole Foods Market. Based in Texas, The Container Store was founded in 1978 and has 73 stores nationwide.
