Del Frisco’s Grille to hire 200
STAMFORD, Conn. – Del Frisco’s Grille, the new concept restaurant from Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, plans to hire 200. The restaurant is set to open in August and has already taken approximately 1,000 applications.
The menu will have a focus on fresh, local produce and not only offer steaks but comfort food as well. Del Frisco’s decided against a high-end concept favoring instead a grill, serving New York strips and ribeyes priced between $36 and $44, but also reasonably priced entrees such as flatbread pizzas, prime burgers, pasta and wings priced between $12 and $20.
The company is now focused on hiring general managers and executive chefs prior to the restaurant’s opening in order to give them experience at other locations before leading that process themselves. To apply for a position, go here.
