XAL quadrupling manufacturing capacity in Oxford

OXFORD, Conn. – XAL, a producer of luminaires and lighting systems for luxury retail, office, hotel and residential spaces, will soon complete construction on a new 48,000-square-foot facility in Oxford, quadrupling the company’s manufacturing capacity in the United States.

The new facility will feature a product showroom that provides designers and architects a close-up look at the product line and see them displayed in various applications. In addition to manufacturing, research and development as well as sales will be substantially increased.

Today, XAL employees approximately 60 across North America. The company expanded into the United States in 2008 and is headquartered in Austria.
